Looking to watch some baseball while practicing social distancing? Check out these notable OKC Dodgers games from last season — all free to watch through MiLB.tv.

While the start of the 2020 baseball season is on hold, fans can currently watch all 2019 games streamed through milb.tv for free. Below is a list of 10 memorable games the OKC Dodgers played last season.

A few disclaimers before jumping into the list:

  • Although milb.tv is free for the time being, you will need to set up a milb.com account if you don’t already have one. Go to milb.com to sign in or setup your account through the link in the upper-righthand corner of the homepage.
  • All audio, video and graphics are provided by the home team. In games where the Dodgers are the road team — and there are quite a few on this list — you will be watching the home team broadcast.
  • Games are listed in chronological order and are not ranked 1–10.
  • Each screen shot is linked to the corresponding game, so click on the picture to access video of the full game.

1) April 4 vs. San Antonio

Clayton Kershaw started Opening Day at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Even though the Dodgers lost, it was a good game and was tied entering the ninth inning.

2) April 16 vs. Omaha

The Dodgers trailed, 12–5, after six innings and entered the bottom of the ninth inning down, 12–7. The team rallied for 6 runs to nab an improbable 13–12 win. Outfielder Blake Gailen pitched the final 3.1 innings (!) and was the winning pitcher.

3) May 5 at New Orleans

Kyle Garlick smashed three homers and Cameron Perkins also went deep twice, as the Dodgers won, 11–9, in 11 innings.

4) May 14 at Round Rock

The Dodgers erupted for 11 runs in the seventh inning to beat the Express, 15–6. It was the most runs scored in an inning by OKC in 10 years.

5) June 17 at El Paso

In a rare low-scoring game in El Paso, the Dodgers won, 3–2. Connor Joe tied the game in the seventh inning with a two-run double, and Will Smith’s homer in the eight inning was the difference. It marked fifth straight game Smith went deep.

6) June 27 vs. New Orleans

Gavin Lux and DJ Peters made their Triple-A debuts and had immediate impacts. The Dodgers beat New Orleans, 6–5, on a walk-off double by Jon Kemmer.

7) July 12 at Memphis

The Dodgers scored four runs in the top of the ninth inning to come back and win, 6–3. Gavin Lux hit a go-ahead, two-run single, and Will Smith followed shortly thereafter with a two-run homer.

8) July 18 at Iowa

The Dodgers beat Iowa, 18–5, and set a club record with eight homers, including another three-homer game by Kyle Garlick. Gavin Lux went 5-for-6 to cap an insane series.

9) July 23 at Nashville

The Dodgers bludgeoned the Sounds, 16–1, marking the largest margin of victory of the season. The team hit five homers — including a grand slam by Zach Reks — and Dustin May pitched six shutout innings.

10) July 28 vs. Memphis

Dustin May followed up his previous start in Nashville with six stellar innings to help lead the team to an 8–2 win. May was subsequently named PCL Pitcher of the Week, and it was his final game before making his Major League debut.
