Which is the perfect diet? I have to disappoint you, but the perfect diet doesn’t exist!

It happened to me too many times, my friends and I would start a debate about who has the perfect diet. Each one of us would be recommending a different kind of diet, try keto or paleo, maybe going vegan would help you, I say go vegetarian or pescatarian.. it goes on and on. It all comes down to a simple definition a diet is the way you eat. Today, being on a diet means restricting as much as you can to lose a lot of weight in a short period, let’s be honest it is a recipe for disaster.

Fueling your body is very important. Eating a well-balanced diet helps you get all of the nutrients you need to fuel your body. Make smart decisions do not go for a croissant or doughnut over fruits and vegetables. In order for you to improve your fitness and good health, a well-balanced diet is key.
