I don’t know about you, but I hate going to the gym now. It’s expensive, time-consuming (you have to fight for a parking spot) and there are too many distractions.

That’s why I shifted my focus to home workouts a decade ago and have never regretted it.

Now, I accomplish more in less time without paying a monthly membership fee and being exposed to respiratory viruses.

Yep! There are tons of people coughing at the gym.

Set Up a Home Workspace

I invested in some home equipment, including kettlebells and dumbbells, but you can get a full body workout with minimal or no equipment.

How? Using your own body weight, of course. You can create your own fitness routine using these exercises and vary the ones you do every day.

Once it starts to feel easy, add more reps, change exercises, or, if you don’t mind making an investment, add weight or resistance bands.
