I invested in some home equipment, including kettlebells and dumbbells, but you can get a full body workout with minimal or no equipment.
How? Using your own body weight, of course. You can create your own fitness routine using these exercises and vary the ones you do every day.
Once it starts to feel easy, add more reps, change exercises, or, if you don’t mind making an investment, add weight or resistance bands.
