DropWine is a delivery service that brings top quality, carefully chosen, great value wines to your doorstep, workplace or picnic rug without the hassle of a minimum spend or delivery charge. DropWine was launched by two old friends and owners of The 10 Cases, a wine bar in Covent Garden. Fed up with static, overpriced wine lists, they decided to open a place that offered a generously priced, interesting and a constantly evolving wine list. Five years on they’ve never bought more than 10 cases of any wine, and never listed the same wine twice.

Dropwine started out using several delivery services however, when it came to last minute deliveries for team events, parties or unplanned dinners, there were no cost-efficient solutions for wine delivery. One main issue was finding an economical way to travel from Covent Garden (DropWine’s location) to the various parts of London in a reasonable amount of time. Another hurdle DropWine wanted to avoid, was the hassle of having to implement a new system or do a technical overhaul to get a fully functioning platform to meet their specific needs.

With Stuart’s dashboard option, DropWine was able to offer their customers flexibility and low rates without having to incur surge pricing or any overhead. The Stuart dashboard is customised to fit the needs of the business with a support team that are proactive in finding solutions to any issues that may come up. The interface is intuitive with no barriers to scheduling pickups and dropoffs easily and efficiently. Dropwine love how within the delivery realm, there is no barrier to getting their customers what they order.
