Happy Hours are what get most of us through a boring day. Many places just have drink specials, which leaves me hungry and a bit too tipsy for a weekday afternoon. Considering my weak wallet, I need places that can satisfy both my thirst and hunger without racking up a high bill.

Lucky Joes: Mondays 3.50 burger baskets and 2.50 micro drafts all day all night (11am-10pm)

This sidewalk saloon is a little blast from the past. The atmosphere has an old-timey feel to it with a lot of wood, low lighting and music. Lucky’s is great for a casual lunch or night out.

Fort Collins Brewery: Monday-Friday from 3–6 pm — 7 food menu items all under $5. Drinks: Pint: $3, Wine by the Glass: $4, cocktails (Lemon Shandy, Michelada or Moscow Mule $5), Pitcher $15
