Whether you’re visiting Fort Collins or a local of the city, a breakfast outting is likely to be an event for you. The city founded in 1864 has been around long enough to establish roots and fan-favorites of where to have the first meal of the day.

Coming in at #1, on the outskirts of Old Town in Fort Collins, this eatery has an unmatched modern ambiance with impeccable FoCo vibes from the employees. The pancakes are not the average size nor are they only offered in the basic options.

Silver Grill Cafe has one staple in the Fort Collins community, the cinnamon rolls. They have nearly mastered their trademark offering it in various forms such as a french toast cinnamon rolls, pecan cinnamon rolls, mini rolls as well as the classic cinnamon roll.

3. Urban Egg

The Urban Egg brings stereotypical California to Fort Collins, Colorado. Urban Egg prides itself in its juice blends, gluten free menu options along with its organic menu as a whole. Although slightly pricey, the variety of foods offered will make sure everyone (besides vegans) at the table can find something they enjoy.

4. Waffle Lab

Waffle Lab is just one year young but has quickly become a local-favorite. Based on the name it is easy to assume their most popular item being served. At Waffle Lab, primarily you build your own waffle any way you want it and bon appétit!

5. Cafe Bluebird

On the rush and want to avoid the traffic in Old Town? This eatery, located on just on the west side of Colorado State University’s campus, will allow you to experience the old-fashioned homey feel that Fort Collins can portray.
