Fort Collins is full of restaurants, concerts, hiking and so much more. But what keeps the residents of Fort Collins going? Coffee! Check out just a few of the locally owned, unique coffee shops located in Fort Collins below.

  1. Harbinger Coffee
A simple cart, beautiful pour overs, and the supportive community of Fort Collins was the kick start to Johnathon Jarrow’s coffee shop, Harbinger Coffee. Harbinger began as a coffee cart in 2012, and three years later in 2015 opened the first Harbinger Coffee shop. Harbinger recently opened a second location sticking to their goal of serving the finest coffees from around the world paired with equally exquisite service.

2. Bean Cycle Roasters

When you visit the Bean Cycle Roaster you are getting three for the price of one! The coffee shop shares its space with Half Crown Creative Space, a space dedicated to celebrating local creativity, and Singularity, a space full of unique finds and handmade items. Siblings and founders of Bean Cycle Roasters, have not only created a craft coffee shop, but an ecological, social, and economically responsible business.

3. Everyday Joe’s

Everyday Joe’s is a place full of good creativity, good causes, good work, and most importantly, good coffee. Not only is the open layout, brick walled building a coffee shop, but it hosts local concerts, community events and art installations.

4. Bindle Coffee

Make your way over to Jessup Farm and “sit and savor” a fresh brew at Bindle Coffee. Bindle’s restorative atmosphere gives each customer the sense of relaxation and the perfect spot to day dream while sipping on a cup of pure coffee.

5. Alley Cat Coffee House

Alley Cat Coffee House first opened their doors in 2003 and has yet to close their doors since. Well, almost never closed their doors. Alley Cat is the only coffee shop in Fort Collins open 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. If that does not draw you in, visit Alley Cat for its eclectic decor, creative environment, or fresh local coffee.
