Q & A: Fort Collins Style Pizza And its Pizza Culture

For the following interview I decided to chat with the Assistant GM and the Fort Collins General Manager about Beaujo’s pizza and how they fit into Fort Collins, and our food culture.

This interview took place at BeuaJo’s where we sat down and talked, as I recorded this on my phone.

The main topics discussed are the history of Beaujo’s and how they add to this food community, and of course their pizza, but the purpose of this Q and A was to shed some light on Fort Collins food culture. Specifically our pizza culture and about how the Colorado style pizza, fits in with this culture.

For a a bit of background these two people have been working with Beaujos for a while now and have definitely been around the block when it comes to pizza. In this interview there will be a lot of talk about Pizza, that you might not have heard of like Beaujos Colorado Style pizza. We will also be Beaujo’s how that differs from Chicago style pizza.
