4. Pura Vida: Located off of Laurel Street, Pura Vida is a 30 second walk to campus. Close to the central part of campus, as well as the Oval, all students have to do is cross the street. Only a year old, Aspen Heights has the most space to offer. Although this development is about a fifteen minute drive from campus, it is about five minutes from Old Town Fort Collins. Aspen Heights provides town-homes as well as individual units with up to five bedrooms. There is little competition with Aspen Heights when it comes to students being able to have that many roommates! These mountain themed units give you the chance to furnish the home yourself or pay to have them furnish it for you.
