Are you looking for a sushi restaurant that is both affordable and delicious? Jaws provides a wide variety on their menu for customers, and each dish has some kind of decoration with the sauce to make the appearance more fun! If you want to try something new, the Colorado Crunch Roll is phenomenal with the crunchy crisps added on top of the savory sauce. This restaurant is proud to share with customers about their fresh ingredients shipped from overseas, especially their salmon. Their location is on West Elizabeth street, but there is limited parking. To get a better idea of the menu, here’s a link for you to check out:

2.Suh Sushi

One of the best deals offered at the Suh Sushi restaurant is their lunch deal. For three rolls, the cost is just a little over 12 dollars! The Spider Roll is a classic option that even comes with a fried crab claw you can eat! The lighting indoors is slightly dimmed, which gives off a subtle romantic vibe, but there is also the patio option where you can enjoy the outdoors. If you’re craving some dessert, their mochi is delicious. The servers even top it off with some whip cream and chocolate as a special treat. There are a couple Suh Sushi locations locally, including one off of Boardwalk and College as well as Prospect.

3. Sushi Jeju

This restaurant represents class and cleanliness. The price is definitely more on the expensive side, but the rolls are worth every penny! On the menu, the names of each roll are comical such as “monkey brains” or “slammin’ salmon” rolls. The Yami Yami roll was exceptional because the meat accompanied with it tasted just like orange chicken — talk about a great combo! If you’re new to Fort Collins, this restaurant is located in Old Town, so take the opportunity to have a great meal and explore! 4. Hibachi

This restaurant in particular is special for me because this was the first place I tried sushi! The great part about any food cooked here, including sushi, is that they are prepared in front of you, completely fresh with a specialized chef who usually cracks a couple corny jokes. “Would you like a happy meal with that?” is by far the best one I have heard yet! The seating at this restaurant is primarily for big parties up to 10 people or for a few smaller parties compiled together. The experience with a larger group is definitely more enjoyable and functional for the restaurant style. These prices are also more expensive, but if you choose to share the large dishes with someone, the price can easily be split in half. You can find Hibachi just off of West Horsetooth Road.

5. Tokyo Joe’s

This isn’t necessarily the first choice many people think of when it comes to sushi, but the great part about this restaurant is how quickly you receive your meal. Tokyo Joe’s is perfect for that 30 minute lunch break most of the working class has, and the quality is still very good! The ingredients are fresh, but because of the speed it might not taste exactly like a $15 roll like they offer at a sit-down-and-eat restaurant. Sushi is just one of the many food choices offered at Tokyo Joe’s such as their signature bowl, poke bowl, and bento box just to name a few. West Troutman Parkway and East Harmony Road are two locations that are the easiest to find in those rushed situations.
