On our teams we are working to speak with precision and clarity. Toward that end, I loved this article, shared by Lalit Kapoor, that suggests prefixing communication to help recipients scan and mentally organize inbound messages.
How might this work for our team? We could try prefacing Slack messages with [Request] or [Action needed] or [Good Read] so that conversations can go broad without the firehose becoming unwieldy.
