Who are we?
hype.partners is a team of community developers, marketers, creatives, writers, and growth experts. Together, we bring you a complete community development offering. As a result, we’ve assembled a global team of 25+ crypto natives who understand blockchain technology and how the space has evolved over the last two years. Every one of us has skin in the game.
The story
In March 2017 our senior team began investing in the space and experienced the ICO madness of Q2 and Q3 in 2017. Consequently, as the year progressed, we noticed three particular trends:
- The market was moving from crowdsales to presales. To take part in a presale of a top project you had to bring something to the table. Our founder’s experience investing in ICOs and running his own marketing agency for several years enabled him to advise blockchain projects on their marketing strategies.
- The best projects did not always achieve their fundraising targets. Many promising companies with highly technical teams failed to fundraise effectively due to poor community building, marketing, or communication efforts.
- “Community is Everything”. When you look at any of the top 20 projects on CoinMarketCap, the one thing they all have in common is a strong community of believers and supporters that are behind them. At the end of the day, it’s not just about having the best technology!
Day zero
What quickly became evident was that projects needed a coherent marketing strategy. They needed an emphasis on community development and consistent execution of their strategy. The blockchain space is dominated by highly technical teams that often need support in other areas to help showcase just how good they are.
hype.partners began in January 2018. The team is mostly comprised of friends who have known each other for 12 months or more through forums and ICO investing groups.
We’ve worked on some of the biggest ICO projects in 2018 and we’ve chosen our clients carefully. Our focus is on developing communities for the best projects by promoting content on industry-specific channels. Additionally, we engage blockchain enthusiasts by attracting developers and investors to your project.
This is a marathon, not a sprint. We are here to help set the pace.
