Hello from Bezant Team!

In addition to our active domestic and international partnerships, our team participates in a variety of events to share our vision with companies and the general public. This week, the Bezant team participated as a speaker for IBM Developer Day and G-Star 2018, enabling us to interact with IT industry developers, game industry stakeholders and users.

Through these two events, we were able to introduce more people to our BaaS (Blockchain as a Service) and the Bezant Blockchain ecosystem, which Bezant aims to create.

Held on 14th November, IBM Developer Day 2018, is an event organized for corporate developers to update on IBM’s latest technologies with speakers from Hyundai Motor, Pulmuone, and Samsung Electronics.

Lead engineer, Park Jong-Ha(Kevin), architectural design and development manager for Bezant’s BaaS who participated as a speaker at IBM Developer Day, demonstrated some innovative elements of Bezant’s BaaS ahead of the test-net, which is to be revealed in the fourth quarter this year.

Bezant’s BaaS provides an admin page that can manage an entire node, chaincodes, user accounts, and wallet, as well as Rest APIs for invoking chaincodes, and chaincode templates and infrastructure, which are necessary for self-token issuance and transaction management, and so on. With these features, we plan to allow developers concentrate on solving the challenges of their service itself as they develop various dApps.

G-Star 2018, which is held at BEXCO in Busan for four days starting from the 15th of November, is the largest international game exhibition in Korea. It is its 14th occasion with this year’s event where PC online and mobile games from around the world gather.

The event was attended by our V.P. of Business Development, Noah Hwang, where as a guest speaker, he emphasized that “the appearance of a blockchain service with actual users is the most important challenge facing the current blockchain industry”.

In particular, as seen in partnership announcements with companies that offer lifestyle services, such as our recently announced partner, Comica, Bezant will continue to work towards increasing the use cases of our Bezant token that will be utilized on our platform.

We look forward to your continued interest and support in the future.

Thank you.
