Examinations, approaching deadlines, gruelling reports, etc. all these take a toll on us. We are unable to focus for long period of time. Even gazing at blank spaces is interesting in these circumstances. One must not lose focus under such circumstances. Food has the incredible ability to affect your mental clarity, mood, memory, and ability to focus.

List of foods that helps in focusing are –

Avocados help prevent blood clots in the brain as well as help improve cognitive function, especially both memory and concentration. They also enhance blood flow in the body. Healthy blood supply to the brain = Improved focus.
