The Four Person Team Behind the Next Big Idea

To create BHIRED, we didn’t just draw from one knowledge base; we drew from several. Launching BHIRED requires an intimate knowledge of the complex and exciting world of blockchain technologies, a clear understanding of the challenges facing job searchers and employers looking for the perfect candidate, and plenty of real-world experience launching business-ready applications. We’re setting out to revolutionize the world of hiring, but we’d have little luck revolutionizing that world if we didn’t understand it first!

BHIRED’s four-person founding team doesn’t just understand recruiting, blockchain, and business technology — their knowledge goes beyond that. Each member has decades of combined expertise and first-hand experience in all three areas. Here’s some background on our four founders and what they bring to the BHIRED team:

Issac Marks

Co-founder Issac Marks handles all of BHIRED’s operational matters, a position for which he’s well-suited. After obtaining his M.B.A at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, he worked as an Account Executive for staffing firm Hall Kinion and a Senior Account Executive for staffing firm Kforce Inc. He’s also served as Business Development Manager for CGS (Computer Generated Services), a business and IT technology services and outsourcing firm. Marks strongly believes in the blockchain’s potential to change the world. He’s served as a Digital Assets Advisor for BlockRx, a biotechnology firm that uses a blockchain’s distributed ledgers to interconnect pharmaceutical information systems. He also spent twelve years as Senior Vice President of Sales at Ariston Tek, an IT staffing and consulting group whose specialties include Enterprise Resource Management, Data Science, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other business-oriented technology platforms. Marks’ previous experiences required knowledge of launching and managing business-ready applications and helping a range of enterprise clients find ideal job candidates. At BHIRED his responsibilities will include product development, channel partnerships, staffing, sales execution, and other aspects of operations.

Subramaniyam “Subbu” Seetha Raman

Subramaniyam Seetha Raman (Subbu) brings years of HR and recruiting experience to the table. He served twelve years as President of Ariston Tek, where he led operations providing professional services and talent to clients. Years of helping finance, tech, and other high-level firms on Wall Street and beyond find the perfect candidate for essential positions has given Subbu an acute sense of both the problems facing the recruiting and HR industry and the world of difference a good hire or partnership can make for a company and a job candidate. Under his leadership, Ariston Tek’s clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to small startups. Before working with Ariston Tek, he was a Programmer Analyst with Softpath Systems, an award-winning consulting, services, and staffing company. Subbu has a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University, and his years of first-hand experience working with candidates, clients, recruitment data, and technology tools make him the HR expert of the team.

Mahender Musuku

Musuku brings a host of skills and knowledge sets gained from the tech, HR, and business worlds to BHIRED. After getting his degree at Karnatik University, Musuku began working with IT recruiting company Nihaki Systems. He’s kept a position with them ever since, serving first as Director for eight years and then as CEO from early 2009 through today. He’s also served as Executive Director for movie streaming service Cinematrix Inc. and Chief Managing Director of Learn Beyond Inc., a cloud-based eLearning platform that lets individuals, businesses, and institutions build their own learning programs. In addition to serving as Nihaki Systems Inc. CEO, Musuku is currently the President of SysApp Solutions Inc., a company that helps financial firms adopt cutting-edge technology services to stay relevant and agile. As SysApp Solutions’ leader, he’s helped sophisticated companies adopt Enterprise Resource Planning systems, mobile needs solutions for executives and employees, and cloud storage and computing services. Musuku’s background gives him HR knowledge and first-hand experience in designing and implementing digital platforms. Musuku is a committed blockchain evangelist and token sale strategist.

Frank Gregory

Frank Gregory is a co-founder and BHIRED’s Chief Operating Officer, managing the day-to-day operations of the company. A former attorney specializing in labor and employment matters, Mr. Gregory has extensive experience in the legal issues facing employers and recruiters. Frank has also served in many executive level sales and management capacities at prominent asset management firms, including being a Partner at Lord Abbett & Co. Since Lord Abbett, he has had extensive experience consulting to financial and technology firms regarding their formation, sales practices, regulatory compliance, and blockchain endeavors.

There are a few other companies bringing blockchain into the recruiting world. But we believe our platform and the founding team has a staffing pure play competitive advantage to excel, outlast, and get ahead of the competition when it comes to utility and usability for employers, candidates, and addressing the HR supply chain holistically to reduce costs and hiring times. Our secret weapon? The cumulative experience of our leadership team. We’re not lead by just-out-of-college “crypto-bros,” but instead, experienced tech, business, and hiring professionals with decades of hands-on experience.
