Its Ok To Talk, a mental health campaign run by Sanghat asked me to give a talk on the Listening Circle, an initiative by Bhor to encourage building support group in Delhi, India.

The resident training program happens at the beautiful, secluded, serene Sanskriti Kendra, New Delhi. There were 12–13 youth advocates present from all fields related to mental health. All were budding with the questions on how to start a support groups. The Dos and Don’ts.
