An Interview with Wendy

This little documentary I made was assigned to me in my first semester audio/video class. We were challenged to make a short documentary. This mini documentary follows Wendy as she tells me about her greatest life achievement which is cycling across Canada. Some challenges of this documentary were finding ways to make it more lively, so finding photos of Wendy during this period of her life really helped make it more interesting. Through editing I also tried to make it more visually appealing by using audio to overlap different footage so it wasn’t just an interview followed by visuals.
