TLDR: We are excited to integrate Blocknative’s Onboard and Notify for the following reasons:

  1. With the Onboard integration, Dapp developers can allow his or her users to connect to any wallet of their choice, whilst also having meta transactions enabled
  2. With the help of Notify, it is easier for the user to get notified about the events related to their meta transactions

We are happy to announce that we have integrated Blocknative’s Onboard.js and Notify.js into Biconomy’s Mexa SDK. These two functionalities are very complimentary to Biconomy’s SDK as they offer a wide range of functionalities and benefits that developers could use to enhance the end-user experience and bring more users to your app.

  1. With Onboard.js, developers can add multiple wallets as a sign in-option for their DApp with ease. The end-user can then select a wallet to sign in from and interact with the DApp freely due to meta transactions provided by the Biconomy SDK. This decreases the burden for developers having to integrate wallets individually and to implement meta transactions on their own. It’s a super simple integration that is possible due to the coupling of Onboard.js inside the Biconomy SDK. The end result gives more choice to the end-user, and less friction when interacting with your app. If the DApp developer does not want to integrate Onboard.js we have provided that option too.
  2. With Notify.js, end users are notified with real-time updates related to their transactions. Currently, developers and users find it difficult to monitor transactions as they don’t receive real-time notifications about the status of the transaction. However, with the help of Blocknative’s Notify.js, users and developers can monitor all the events related to a transaction by receiving real-time updates. These are very similar to Web 2 like experiences that end users are used to which can help boost their confidence while using web 3 applications.
By integrating Notify.js into Biconomy’s SDK, developers will receive updates on meta transactions and end-users will receive updates on if transactions have been successful.

Please stay tuned for further updates on several new features that will be launched in Biconomy’s SDK.
