BidAway, internship in the audiovisual and design field
Recently, BidAway has a new intern. Do you want to meet her? She is Maria, she just graduated in Fine Arts and she is responsible for many of the videos and pictures you see on our website and social media.
According to her, “young people nowadays start to study with the intent to find or develop their true interest in the labor market” and precisely, this was the case, because despite she worked with painting, drawing and sculpture, what truly conquered her was the audiovisual field which includes image and video as means of communication and expression. Two fields which she gets to improve and to implement in BidAway.
As regards the internship, it is part of Becas Santander Crue Cepyme whose goal is that students get the chance to implement the knowledge acquired in their degrees in small and medium companies. Since she was chosen for this internship, Maria hasn´t stopped giving new ideas to the team and she even made the new roll-up of the company which we love!
What she likes the most of BidAway is the companionship and the good vibe between the different members of the team. Specially, the breaks we make together and which we use to catch up and get our strength back, apart from the breakfasts we have on Fridays, which we are looking forward to every week. Also, BidAway, as it is a start-up, doesn´t have the boss-employee limits as defined as in other places. This makes it easier to share ideas and to carry them out when it is possible and this gives you a creative freedom that is priceless.
Among Maria´s latest projects, we highlight her exhibition in the StripArt Festival 2018 which takes place in centro cívico de l’Horta Guinardó of Barcelona. Her work will be exhibited until next Friday, July 13.
