The City of Pittsburgh’s Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mayor’s Office, invites vendors and consultants to submit information on a potential Disparity Study to determine whether there exists an unintended disproportionately negative impact against African American- (Black), Hispanic- (Latino) and Asian American-owned businesses, as well as businesses owned by non-minority women, and veterans in public and private sector contracting in the city.

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit potential options, approaches, and strategies for conducting a comprehensive disparity study of these elements in City contracting. The deadline for submissions to this RFI is August 27, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. The Solicitation Number is RFI18000449.
