vDOT total mint value exceeded $4,300,000, up 130% from April. vGLMR total mint volume (TVM) exceeded 5,000,000, a 5x increase from last month. Total Bifrost TVL in May: $32,133,590
Bifrost vETH went live this month with Aura Finance, where users who provide liquidity to vETH-ETH in Balancer can withdraw and stake LPs to the Aura vETH-WETH pool for an additional $AURA reward. See the tutorial for more details.
Bifrost Kusama Runtime version 0.9.74 has been updated to include the XCM-action Pallet, a module that will allow other EVM-compatible parachains to perform cross-chain minting or redemption of vTokens via XCM cross-chain calls. Moonriver’s native users can use vToken without having to interact directly with the Bifrost parachain.
Bifrost Dapp has added multiple transaction fees to allow users to choose other Tokens to complete operations and pay the Gas Fee when the BNC balance is low.

May 12, Bifrost published the article Will LSDFi follow in the footsteps of DeFi Summer? The article analyzes some of the early LSDFi projects in the market from the perspective of LSD War, and also provokes deeper thoughts after LSDFi Summer, and in the future Bifrost will expand the use of vToken to be listed in more LSDFi applications.
May 19, with the expansion and development of Bifrost community, Bifrost published the new Ambassador recruitment program. We have received many applications and we will confirm the new ambassadors in the next weeks.
May 23rd, Bifrost, Polkadot, Astar, Apillon, HydraDX, and other projects joined in the community-driven Blocksplit conference. Bifrost Christian attended and shared and presented Bifrost and the latest progress at LSD 101.
May 25, Bifrost Council member Tyrone participated in the Crowdcast at Polka Defiance: The rise of Liquid Staking and Need for Interoperability — Leveraging off XCM talk is starting now
On May 27th, Bifrost Cofounder Lurpis participated in PolkaWorld’s Polkadot Meetup in Chengdu, sharing the new narrative of full-chain LSD in the Polkadot ecology, as well as his thoughts on the future and the latest progress of the Polkadot ecology.
