The Comfort Zone Is There for a Reason

I constantly pushed its limits and got sick and burnt out in the process

My therapist gave me full permission to hang out in my comfort zone for the time being. All I have to do now is work on whatever I’ve been doing and resist the urge to push any boundaries.
