iOS 15 Hands-on: It’s The Little Things That Make a Big Difference
The tiniest iOS update simplifies our lives… almost
Just a week after the iPhone 13 event, Apple has rolled out the iOS 15 to the public.
Unlike iOS 13, which brought a system-level dark mode theme to our iPhones, or iOS 14, which overhauled our home screen with a new design, the iOS 15 features are rather subtle in comparison.
Apparently, even Apple downplayed the latest iOS upgrade— by including an “Also available: Upgrade to iOS 15” optional banner in the software update window.
However, together, the incremental features in iOS 15 make a massive difference in simplifying the way we use our iPhones every day. In the next few sections, we’ll walk through six iOS 15 features that caught my attention.
Some of you might already be aware of the new iOS 15 goodies — such as the Zoomification of FaceTime, Hide my Mail, Shared With You, privacy enhancements, etc. — and might have got a chance to try a few of these in the beta versions too.
Yet, now that everyone can play around with iOS 15, there are plenty of changes that can surprise you.
