Another light edition, but some significant updates related to Google SiteKit.

Below, we’ll highlight a few of the biggest updates, but you can find detailed release notes in the CHANGELOG.md file at WordPress.org.

Changed

Link To Required Setting

In order for embedded checkout to work, the setting “HTTPS on all pages” must be turned on in the BigCommerce admin area. Previously this required quite a few clicks to get from the WP admin area to the right place in the BigCommerce admin panel, so we’ve added a direct link.

Fixed

  • A bug existed where the Add To Cart button redirected to the Cart page itself if the product was a complex one, instead of using AJAX to put it there, has been fixed.
  • When Google SiteKit was installed the BigCommerce setting area did not function properly. This has been fixed.

Conclusion

That’s all for now! Follow CHANGELOG.md for our complete list of updates and we’ll see you here in a few weeks for the latest batch of new features!
