At BigCommerce, June was a big month. We’re excited to announce four new Payment Gateway Beta Opportunities as well as the launch of Big Open Data Solutions!

BigCommerce Platform Updates, June 2021

  • Big Open Data Solutions: Big Open Data Solutions enables BigCommerce merchants to integrate with data warehouses, business intelligence solutions, customer data platforms, personalization and analytics solutions to drive growth. We now make it easier and more cost-effective to integrate with best-of-breed data solutions partners, making stored data easily accessible, usable and actionable.
  • New Features Available in Checkout.com: Checkout.com now supports Alternative Payment Methods (APMs) that enable merchants to accept payments around the world, from China to Mexico. Coupled with new advanced fraud protection, this is a major release for stores using Checkout.com!
  • New App available for Wish: Now merchants are able to upload their products to be listed on Wish’s scrolling product feed that is personalized to Wish user’s individual tastes and interests.

New BigCommerce Beta Opportunities

  • Clearpay Payment Gateway: This beta is for merchants who are interested in accepting online payments through Clearpay to support shoppers in the UK, paying in GBP.
  • Afterpay Canada and Multicurrency: In this beta, we will be testing support for Afterpay in Canada and multicurrency. Supported currencies include AUD, NZD, USD, and CAD.
  • North American Bancard: This beta is especially suited for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise US merchants who are interested in accepting online credit card payments through North American Bancard, even those operating in higher risk categories.
  • Serve First Solutions: This is a beta opportunity for US B2B merchants operating in wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution sectors who are interested in accepting online credit card payments through Serve First Solutions’ My SFS Gateway.
