1. Make lesser decisions at the start of the day

When you are trying to increase the limits of your physical-self, the involvement of your mental being is high. To push your body to the limits, you need to train your mind more often — with positivity and self belief.

It’s for this reason that exercising is recommended. The improvement of the mental strength will allow you to comprehend and concise information in a much better manner ultimately allowing you to make much better decisions.

4. Question yourself

Ask yourself questions and don’t be shy to self-criticize. These two can shape the way you think as a person. If you are having idle time in your hand start thinking :-

5. Learning

Start learning something that you think is tough. It may be coding, a new language, a sport. Learning something can rewire the way you think. If you ask yourself, you will know that you always think in one language. Try thinking in the new language that you are learning, there is no better way to learn and stimulate your thinking that that.

Start playing brain stimulating games. They push you to think and get solutions in a faster way.
