Who are we?
It all started with a simple yet powerful idea between two colleagues, Jaume and Oriol. Our journey in coaching and consulting showed us the immense value of good feedback. We’ve always worked side by side, convinced of the power of what we call “thinking partnership.” It was in those moments of idea exchange that we realized the profound impact of personalized feedback.
The project gained new momentum when Pablo joined the team, a former client who became a valuable collaborator. Pablo is a social animal, and his solid experience in the business and startup world, along with his innate ability to bring people together, brought fresh and renewing energy to our vision.
The beginning of a journey
We are at the beginning of something that has the potential to change the way we think about feedback. BIMINDI opens the door to Feedback as a Service (FaaS). We are convinced that this new category, as we have developed it at BIMINDI, holds immense potential to enrich the lives of many people.
