Heads up, Binancians: the Binance cryptocurrency exchange will undergo a scheduled system upgrade on November 14, 2018, starting at 2:00 AM UTC. This upgrade is expected to go on for eight hours.

During this time, we will suspend deposits, withdrawals and trading. While we don’t want to inconvenience our users as much as possible, we constantly upgrade our platform to give you an even better trading experience, and this upgrade is part of that endeavor.

Here’s a short guide on what you can do before, during, and after the upgrade.

What to do before the Binance system upgrade

• Download the Binance app on your smartphone to get push notifications on the latest updates on Binance. Get the app on iOS and Android.
• Once you download the app, check your orders if they might be affected by the upgrade. Cancel orders if needed.

What to do during the upgrade

• Check our website and official social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to get updates on the upgrade.
