Of course, several folks are bored staying at home for months. We might never forgive china for gifting us such a hilarious scenario. But more or less quarantine has taught us many things. The person you were back in February 2020 are you continue to be the same now? Some of us have turned our lives into a well-disciplined life whereas several of us have turned lazy too!

QUARANTINE — A BOON TO HUMAN LIFE
Finally, nature has given us a protracted break, all unbiased a chance for everyone especially the scholars. That’s exactly what we needed, a pause from our agitated work, and concentrate on our nearby belongings particularly our family. We should always see light among everything happening around us where currently people are turning sick and dying due to this pandemic, fortunately, many of us are reading this blog staying safe at home. This blog is for the folks to just accept this reality for time being and build the most effective out of it.

Let’s refer the benefits of being in quarantine-
1. WE ARE HELPING THE PLANET: Where people don’t seem to be going out for the maximum amount of time, we are not using our cars or public transports as much, even factories are running low and heaps of different things that contribute to pollution have returned to a halt now letting mother earth to live a sigh of relief and heal from those emissions and toxins. That’s great at least we did something for the betterment of the planet. Thanks to quarantine!

2. WE HAVE MORE TIME FOR FITNESS CHECK: Back then in a hurry bury schedule, we hardly spare any or no time for our workout. But at least now with our days so spread enough, we can spend a good amount of time in exercise, yoga, and other workouts. Thanks to quarantine again for letting us look after ourselves.

3.MORE TIME TO SELF CARE AND BODY CARE: As in quarantine we’ve got the maximum amount of time where we can spend time reading journals, novels, and even strive for new things that make us curious. We have an ample of time now where we can experiment with a self-care regimen find out what enjoys us the most. We’ve got time for self-reflection, time to enhance our body physically by eating healthy homemade food rather than having those junk, oily food, and strength it MENTALLY too (that’s important).

4.LESS SPENDING: This one is for teenagers. Hanging out with friends in every alternative day and spending cash on types of stuff that’s not even necessary. Staying at home has made us realize and got us to obviate those surplus expenditures.

But OOPS QUARANTINE COIN HAS OTHER FACE TOO!
Quarantine is commonly unpleasant expertise for people who bear it. Yes, the coin of quarantine has another facet too. There are certain failings or the side effects of being in quarantine.

1.LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT: Well this can be a significant issue. Nearly five-hundredths of daily wage employees are losing their financial gain sources amidst this pandemic. Transport agencies, airlines, tourism, education, industries, and different sectors are running low, contributing least to the Nation’s Economy. After-effects of quarantine are going to value us very high as a result the entire nation has to pay its debt.

2. PEOPLE ARE TURNING MENTALLY WEAK: After all, an empty mind is the devil’s workshop. Staying socially isolated is creating folks bear depression, domestic violence, etc. For college students and entrance exam aspirants, the suspending dates of their exams are turning them mentally unsound and even forcing a number of them to kill too.

3. LOSS OF FREEDOM: Here comes another major downside of being in quarantine. we will not leave, cannot hang around with friends, cannot move to public places, etc. etc. etc.

4.SEPARATION FROM THE PRECIOUS ONES: In this tough time staying separated from our loved once is really tough. Thanks to the ever-evolving technology that introduced the ideas of quickest net services, cluster video calls, etc. Currently, just because of the internet facilities we could imagine our lives at home.

TIPS TO MAKE YOUR QUARANTINE PRODUCTIVE
Rather than texting your friend “Hey! Wassup” or “Suggest me any good Netflix series”, here are some ways that will make you stay positive and cheerful.
Be busy. Have a daily schedule. Facilitate in doing a little of the work on at home.
Distract yourself from negative emotions by paying attention to music, reading, watching an entertaining program on television. If you had recent hobbies like painting, gardening, or handicraft, return to them. C’mon this is the best time to discover your hobbies.
Eat well and drink lots of fluids.
→ Be physically and mentally active. Do easy indoor exercises and play indoor games like chess, carom etc. which will keep your feeling match.

Elderly people may feel confused, lost, and need help. Offer them help by getting them what they need. Get them rid of their loneliness by giving them a little company. Spend time with your family. Ultimately, they are the one who brought you to this world now it’s your turn to be their world.
