Talking ‘bout AI

Here it comes, a new year has started and new exciting stuff are behind the corner.
For me AI will play a key role in the entire flow of 2018 let’s see some:

• AI in smartphones:
  Huawei has released a new smartphone (Mate 10 pro) which has a NPU (Neural Processor Unit) that can compute some AI tasks useful for the end user improving overall experience and ease of use. This trend will surely grow for the 2018 with more smartphones having this kind of CPU.
• AI in computing:
  Every service from Netflix to Youtube and also Twitch will benefit from AI improving the general use of the site with an efficient band allocation and better streaming of game and services trying to understand and tweaking the performances of all connected machines.
• AI at home:
  Do you remember Jarvis the Iron Man Ai? Well in 2018 we can produce a really efficient AI algorithm that can make interaction between IOT machines really simple and produce an interconnected house. From heating up the hover to the entire house, from asking the download of our favourite series to ordering a pizza via smartphone.
• AI in health:
  AI surely can improve how physicians can develop new kind of approaches to a particular illness this thanks to the aid of augmented reality, new microbots (Nanomachines anyone?) that can interact with our body developing new drugs and medical approaches.
• AI in automotive:
  I think that our friend Elon is already developing some kind of AI that can drive or simply assist the driver of a Tesla making self-driver cars more secure.
• Open AI:
  Is my reference for building an AI from scratch , founded by Elon Musk, this group will help humanity on building a better and safer AI for everyone, link, Github.
