Tips & Tricks

1. Use the last located filter in app to increase the chances that a Bird is where you expect it to be. Suggested filters are <12 hours or <1 day. Make sure you only pick up as many Birds as you can charge and deploy the next day.

2. For fast pick ups and drop offs park vehicles in designated parking or loading zones. Avoid blocking crosswalk access ramps, bus stops, fire hydrants, and pedestrian walkways.

3. Release your Birds into nests at any time of the day!

4. Map out your pick up route to save time. Start by looking at your Charger map to find the Birds closest to you and work your way outward.
