What is Birdeye Terminal?

Birdeye Terminal is Birdeye’s advanced tool that allows traders to customize their interactions with our extensive on-chain crypto trading database. This major launch aims to enable them to make timely decisions that supercharge their gains.

How to find Birdeye Terminal

At the header of Birdeye’s website, you can find the ‘Terminal’ category next to ‘Explore.’ In the dropdown is the list of sub-features that we’ll cover below.

Birdeye Terminal’s sub-features introduction: Alert, Watchlist, Label

Currently, Birdeye Terminal has three sub-features — Alert, Watchlist, and Label. Let’s see what they do, how they can help you, and how different Birdeye user tiers can access them:

1. Alert — Never miss a market beat

Alert allows you to set customized conditions for notifications about certain token’s performance, trading events, market movements, and technical indicators:

  • Token Stats Performance: Get a notification whenever changes occur in any token’s performance metrics, such as its buy and/or sell volume, number of trades, number of views, and more. This alert provides immediate insights into tokens gaining or losing traction, helping traders make informed decisions on time.
  • Trading Events: receive information on significant crypto trading events from a specific wallet address to potentially adjust their strategy. This empowers individuals to adjust their strategies based on the actions of experienced traders like whales, web3 KOLs, or other traders they follow.
  • Market Movements: receive notifications when a new project enters the trending list of a chain or when new pairs (passing your customized TVL threshold) are listed on Birdeye. This alert enables crypto traders to identify new trading opportunities and act on them fast.
  • Technical Indicators: set alerts based on certain technical indicators, such as Moving Averages (SMA, more) and Relative Strength Index (RSI), being met. Say goodbye to constant manual chart-watching!

This feature will be a game-changer for those who want to receive timely and highly customized crypto trading notifications. The sharper and more specific the conditions you set are, the more refined and valuable your notifications will be.

The notification trigger can be set to run only once or indefinitely. They can choose from a variety of alert delivery channels, including email, Telegram, and Discord.

Here are the benefits specific to Alert that our regular and PRO users will get:

2. Watchlist — Monitor the performance of specific traders and tokens over time

Watchlist allows our users to create a list of tokens and/or wallet addresses they want to monitor the analysis of.

  • Track other traders: Users will be able to track each wallet’s trading volume, the popular tokens they’re trading, and the largest trades by the list. This helps to gain valuable insights into different wallet’s trading strategies and see what they want to try out for themselves.
  • Track tokens’ performance: Users can track the performance of each watchlisted token over time, including the changes in its price, volume, and volume %. They’ll be able to see which token has the best or worst performance and adjust their strategy accordingly. They could also set alerts to receive notifications on Watchlist tokens’ performance changes if they wish.

Birdeye’s regular users can create ONE watchlist (to track tokens or wallet addresses), while PRO users can create as many watchlists as they want.

3. Label — Identify wallets by their customized names

Lastly, Label can help fellow traders rename any wallet addresses and track them on Birdeye’s dashboards more easily. The purpose of the Label feature is ultimately simplifying the monitoring of wallets’ trades and position on Birdeye.

All users will have access to this feature equally.
