Welcome aboard the launch of the newest addition to Birdeye: our Rewards page! In this blog post, we’ll delve into the page’s functionality; its placement on our website; and our first exclusive reward with $WEN.
What is the Birdeye’s Rewards page for?
The Rewards page serves as a platform to showcase all campaigns available to Birdeye users from our strategic partners. These partners will encompass top-tier projects across various categories, such as altcoins/memecoins, DeFi protocols, network domains, and more.
How to find the Birdeye’s Rewards page
At the header of Birdeye’s website, you can find the ‘Rewards’ category next to ‘Terminal.’ The rewards can be sorted by:
- Status (All, Active, Expired);
- Time (Upcoming);
- Eligibility (All, Birdeye account, Wallet added to profile, PRO member); and
- Rewarded by.
Once you click on a Rewards campaign, its detailed information will show up, including:
- ‘Rewards offered by’: Our strategic partner offering the prize.
- ‘Type’: How we select the winner(s) of the campaign. Currently, we have three options: Unlimited, Raffle, and First Come First Serve.
- ‘Wallet type’: The type of wallet you’ll need to use for the campaign. Currently, we have two options: Solana and EVM. To be eligible for a campaign, please make sure that the wallet you connect with the campaign has to be 1/ the type of wallet required by a campaign, and 2/ the one tied to your Birdeye account.
- ‘Activated time’: The campaign start time (EST).
- ‘Expiration time’: The campaign end time (EST).
- ‘Eligibility conditions’: The criteria you’ll need to meet. You can only ‘Join Whitelist’ of a campaign if all the red ‘x’ signs are turned to green checkmarks and you’ve agreed to our Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
- ‘Description’: The detailed information of the campaign. This includes a reward host’s information, how useful it is for participants, the campaign split for regular and PRO users (if any), and such.
Celebrating Rewards launch: US$6,500 worth of $WEN for Birdeye’s users
Now to the part we know you’ve been waiting for!
As part of the Rewards page’s launch, we want to have a fun campaign for our users to participate in and win some money from one of their favorite tokens — $WEN! Here’s more information about $WEN, its allocation for the reward campaign with Birdeye, how to participate in the campaign, and our process of choosing and announcing the winners.
1. About $WEN
$WEN, a community token from Jupiter Exchange, embodies ‘wen’ culture and aims to be the leading cat coin. Airdropped equally across the Solana community, it’s designed as a fun, people-focused token, supported by the Solana Foundation’s grant.
Wen is also developing a brand new NFT standard called WNS, which has already been adopted by major Solana projects like Phantom, Backpack, Helius, Jupiter, and many other projects.
2. $WEN reward campaign for Birdeye users
In partnership with Birdeye, the Wenwencoin community is allocating a total prize pool of US$6,500 in $WEN as exclusive rewards to our users:
- US$3,500 in $WEN for 100 lucky Regular Birdeye users (US$35 each).
- US$3,000 in $WEN for 1 lucky PRO Birdeye user.
The campaign runs from 8AM, March 18, 2024, to 8AM, March 25, 2024 (EST).
3. How to participate in the $WEN reward campaign
- Step 1: Sign in to your Birdeye account. Please make sure that you have a Birdeye account and a Solana wallet connected to your account to be eligible for this campaign.
- Step 2: Click on the correct $WEN campaign for you. Once you’re on birdeye.so/rewards , there will be a $WEN campaign specifically for Regular Birdeye users & the other for PRO Birdeye users. Make sure you’re on the right campaign to be eligible!
- Step 3: Connect the Solana wallet linked to your Birdeye account to the campaign.
- Step 4: Agree to our Terms of Services & Privacy Policies. By ticking the box, you are consenting to share your wallet address with the Wenwencoin team, who will distribute the prize directly to your wallet.
- Step 5: Click the ‘Join Whitelist’ button.
Once successful, you could sit back and wait for the day of our announcement!
4. Our process for finding and announcing the winners
Our team is dedicated to making sure our winner selection process is clear and fair. Here’s our winners’ selection and announcement process for the $WEN reward campaign:
- Birdeye finds the winners. We organize participants by their sign-up order. Using Gigacalculator.com’s Random Number Generator, Birdeye randomly selects the winners from this list. We are working on a more automatic and transparent process for finding the winners for our future reward campaigns.
- Birdeye announces the winners in the original post. Within 24 hours from the time the campaign ends, we’ll share a link to a Google Sheet, listing only the winners’ key information to check (i.e. the winners’ wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and their awarded amount). To see if you’ve won, simply copy your wallet address and find it in our Google Sheet.
- Our partner sends the prizes to our winning users. We prioritize user privacy. Rest assured, we only share the winners’ wallet addresses with the Wenwencoin team, with our users’ consent. Our strategic partner then handles $WEN distribution directly to the winners.
