Challenges & Our Actions
Product Market Fit
The 3D UI is resource-intensive, requiring significant CPU and GPU usage. In response, we have developed a set of new 2D / Pixel themed features in addition to our original roadmap.
With the rising adoption of pixel-based interfaces for quests and games. we have further addressed the market fit, enabling both the world and avatar to operate on traditional web platforms supporting both 3D and 2D, it requires the least amount of computational power required by users and thus the onboarding friction is much less.
Ease of Metaverse Operation
Rolling out and operating a new metaverse is a substantial task for any community. As a metaverse-as-a-service platform, we have streamlined the processes for businesses or communities to quickly launch a GameFi and vibrant community environment. The upcoming infrastructure of Chapter II we are building will expedite the onboarding speed and minimize operation efforts and costs.

We developed the strategy to create the BitAvatar project, which can serve multiple networks and ecosystems.
The launch of BitAvatar and partnerships with Base, BNB, and Linea have proven the value proposition and speed of user adoption. So far, there are 140K onchain mints plus 400K offchain creations.

The BitAvatar rollout strategy encompasses three key steps aimed at revolutionizing the GameFi and blockchain ecosystem.
First, we initiate a comprehensive deployment of BitAvatar across selected blockchain networks, establishing an avatar-based identity and experience framework. This serves as a gateway for users into the GameFi universe, offering unique, personalized avatars that enhance digital interaction across various ecosystems.
Next, we engage strategically with targeted ecosystem projects to amplify their brand presence and community engagement, using BitAvatar’s innovative identity solutions to enhance a more immersive user experience and access to opportunities.
Lastly, we introduce a rich 2D, 3D, Pixel Metaverse experience, complete with dynamic quests and on-chain games, to further captivate and engage their communities and serve their goals.
This multi-faceted approach is designed to drive widespread adoption, engagement, and the ultimate success of our platform and its partners, positioning BitAvatar as a cornerstone in the GameFi and blockchain landscape.
Grants Program
Grant programs create incentives for targeted projects and communities to join the MNet ecosystem.
We will also establish a category of the grant program for community owners and projects who are interested in engaging their communities with GameFi and the Metaverse. Our goal is to create a win-win-win model that their users and owners would benefit from community gamification with our advanced land tech built in BitCountry.
New Techs in Chapter II
Yet to be announced, we have been working on Chapter II whitepaper and development to set the direction of the next lot of initiatives and user onboarding sources. They are in the area of new security model, new industrial revolution, and new waves from emerging ecosystems.
