The Decision of Unclaimed Additional Reward Allocation

Summary

As announced at the Odyssey Token Distribution phase, the Founding team allocated additional rewards as part of the Lock and Earn campaign for Odyssey Participants. The intention behind this was to honor the early and loyal supporters as a gesture of our appreciation and the opportunity to benefit from upcoming innovations.

After the Campaign expired, around 1,635,846 NUUM tokens were distributed to participants as part of this rewards program, leaving approximately 18,364,154 NUUM tokens still available for allocation.

The allocation of these remaining tokens is yet to be decided, opening up discussions within the community about the best course of action to take.

Motivation

To address this situation, a proposal has been put forward to the community, seeking their input on the future of these remaining tokens.

By deciding on the allocation of these tokens, we have a unique chance to demonstrate the power of collective decision-making in shaping the project’s future. This proposal allows NUUM holders to directly influence how these tokens can be utilized to benefit the community and the broader ecosystem, whether through burns, donations, grants, sponsorships, or other initiatives.

Proposal Detail:

This proposal outlines two options for the disposition of the 18,364,154 unclaimed NUUM tokens:

✅ By voting Yay:

As a NUUM holder, you agree to allocate the unclaimed NUUM tokens to the Community Treasury. This will enable NUUM holders to create future proposal(s) and vote on the use of these tokens. i.e. token burns, donations, grants to community builders, sponsored content to influencers and KOLs, and other community-driven initiatives.

❎ By voting Nay:

As a NUUM holder, you agree that the unclaimed NUUM tokens will be returned to the team’s allocation, to be locked again for 18 months after TGE with a linear release over the following 24 months, as initially outlined in the project’s tokenomics.
