We are very happy to report that we have invested in growing our customer service team, and improving their policies, procedures and training.

Over the past few years the digital industry has seen rapid growth and our user base has grown faster than we were initially able to keep up with. This has unfortunately led to a negative experience for some of our customers.

We have heard our customers loud and clear, taken your feedback on board and identified the following key areas of focus:

  • Improving our order fulfilment times and providing clear, upfront expectations on the fulfilment times for certain types of orders.
  • Ensuring faster response times from our help desk. On average, users will receive a reply within two hours or less during regular business hours.
  • An increase in the number of hours per day that our customer service is available. We will have agents available 7 days per week, all 365 days of the year including weekends and holidays.
  • Ensuring our help desk communications are clear and consistent and that our customer support team is equipped to resolve any problems with your account or order quickly.
