Bit Zesty shortlisted for prestigious IxDA award

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for an award by Interaction Design Association (IxDA). Every year, IxDA hosts the Interaction Awards — an annual celebration of design thought leadership and innovation. The awards showcase projects from around the world that use interaction design to impact and improve human lives.

Bit Zesty’s awards entry

Our entry was based on our work with SXT, a social enterprise that helps people access sexual health services. We helped SXT create a digital service that would notify people about a potential sexually transmitted infection (STI). The service is helping to reduce the spread of STIs, while also freeing up time for sexual health clinic employees. It’s now being adopted by clinics around the country — read more about it here.

Our entry has been shortlisted in two categories — Connecting (Facilitating communication between people and communities) and Optimizing (Making daily activities more efficient). We’re honoured to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award, and we look forward to seeing our entry in the Interaction Design Yearbook.
