We are delighted to announce the new Qt Wallet and Marketplace Client releases are now live. These updates include a few new blockchain tools and preparations behind the scenes for the upcoming peg release. The update itself will be announced via telegram and social media, keep a look out for it ;)

Roadmap Updates

BitBay has just launched the BitBay Block Processor, a custom-built block processor which removes the reliance on ElectrumX for transaction processing.

The next announcement will be looking at the Web Marketplace Live Wallet, a demo release of the WMP live wallet including sending, receiving and storing $BAY.

Our first buyback makes Opti a top gainer on CoinMarketCap

BitBay announced its partnership with OptiToken back in Q2 of 2018.
Since then distribution to all ICO buyers has been completed successfully and Opti was listed on BTC-Alpha (https://btc-alpha.com) where it opened strong, hitting $4.76 USD.

Meet OptiToken

Shhhh… Bjorn will be speaking!

Bjorn from the BitBay team will be attending and speaking on a panel for two major cryptocurrency events in the next few weeks. The first is the Stablecoins: Collaboration Towards Mass Adoption event which takes place on 25 October at The Reform Club, London. The second is Stable Conf 2018 in Budapest, the world’s first stablecoin conference and is the world leading event of the stablecoin space. Be sure not to miss out!
