Terms and Conditions
- For the referred user to be eligible for 50 BNS reward, KYC is mandatory.
- The user you refer must complete their KYC. Else you will be rewarded with only 10% of their trading fees.
- Bitbns reserves the right to modify/suspend/terminate the program with a prior notice and such modifications may be made applicable retrospectively.
- Any form of “misuse of this program” would lead to your trading rebates and BNS referral awards being removed in addition to strict legal action. To determine what constitutes “misuse of this program”, the decision of Bitbns shall be final and binding.
- Self referral or any sort of circular referral would lead to your trading rebates and BNS referral awards being removed. To determine what constitutes “Self referral or any sort of circular referral” the decision of Bitbns shall be final and binding.
Things to keep in mind
- We need to compute fees considering BNS and VIP tier discounts and roll out the referral reward.
- Previous referral program is hereby being discontinued.
- All the referrals for the new referral program will be considered from 9th April, and referral fee will be counted for trades after 9th April 00:00 IST
- First referral fee reward credit will happen on 10th April 12:00 IST
22nd August Update
In exercise of powers conferred under clause “Bitbns reserves the right to modify/suspend/terminate the program with a prior notice and such modifications may be made applicable retrospectively”, we have made some amendments as to how referral credits can be used. Such amendments have been made effective retrospectively, that is to say whosoever referral awards are pending will be credited and can be utilized as per amended procedure.
The new amendments shall be announced in few days along with credit of pending credit rewards under amended procedure.
24th August Update
In continuation of the update dated 22nd August, the breakup of 50 BNS rewarded under referral program shall be as :
