Updated fee structure

Hi

Bitbns would be making changes to it’s fee structure. The fee structure would change for VIP 0, 1 and 2 and would be reflected here https://bitbns.com/fees/

This change would be applicable from 10th Dec 00:00:00 IST and all trades would follow the updated fee structure from then onwards.

All trades till 9th Dec 23:59:59 IST would be using older fee structure
