Sapien partnership

Last week we announced our partnership with Sapien. BitClave and Sapien fundamentally believe that users should be in complete control of their data that is broadcasted over the internet. If users opt-in to distribute their information, they should receive a financial incentive for doing so. As a result of our underlying technology, a user will be able access and modify exactly what information is being monetized

Development

MatchICO

The core feature of this week at Matchico.com is Ethereum withdrawal. Now you can sell your earned CATs and get Ether! Tips for gaining more tokens and more ETH respectively:

1) Refer friends;

2) Have more than 0.5 ETH on your wallet balance;

3) Add more wallets to your account.

Enjoy!

Bitclave.com

New BitClave.com is at the finish line. Localization is the remaining task before we release. Our interpreters are translating the website into 10 (ten!) languages.

Platform

First, we would like to congratulate the winners of our technical challenge from the previous newsletter. We had 5 correct answers within the 1st 24 hours since the announcement. Thank you, winners, for your attention and participation.

Last week we made good progress on a secure data sharing protocol. Node API is implemented but we still need to polish out the client side and the sample application that is using this API. You should expect a more complicated challenge on these APIs next week.

We also started Ethereum-based implementation of this secure data exchange protocol.

Marketing

The Marketing team internally decided which platforms we will be focusing on and what is the type of content will be going on these platforms. Each task will be taken by the respective community managers. We now have an Editorial Calendar in place so you will see a streamlined approach to content. There are a couple of campaigns related to our product — MatchICO that we will be surfacing in the coming weeks. In the coming week, we’re hiring more people in Marketing and will be assigning more tasks to the Marketing team going forward.

Events/meetings

Last week we participated at International Blockchain Congress in Chicago where our Founder and CEO, Alex Bessonov spoke in a Panel Discussion on Crypto Due Diligence. This event was used as a kickoff of the Congress with more events to follow. The goal is to bring attention to the blockchain from governments around the globe. We met with several interesting projects and started to work on some cool partnerships.

Last week we also attended Tech Startup Fest : Blockchain, Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency and ICOs. Link. The event was held in the heart of Silicon Valley, where founders and some of our team members are located. While this was not a major conference event, it was still very exciting to see hundreds of people from different countries attending. Out of many connections that we created during this event, the connection with Kreos (building a dispute resolution protocol) and NuCypher (building a data privacy layer for open storage) are very exciting.

This week Alex and Mark will be attending The Bitcoin Superconference in Dallas. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us in person if you are around.

Please keep submitting questions for the next AMA session using tag #AMA.
