Ask any expert in a competitive field for the secret to success. The answer won’t be money, fame, or power. No, the most valuable currency in this world is influence. If you’ve got it, there isn’t much you cannot do. But how do you get it? Well, if you are a gamer, you are in luck.
Bitcoin Vault (BTCV) is proud to announce its sponsorship of SkillzVault. This gaming talent show will connect gaming enthusiasts with the most influential players in esports.
The when, the where, and the what
BTCV created SkillzVault in partnership with ESE Entertainment. It will run from July 28 to November 21 in five countries: Brazil, China, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam. These countries are some of the biggest cryptocurrency and mobile gaming markets in the world.
Gamers play two games throughout SkillzVault. Peacekeeper Elite is the game of choice for China. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is the game played in the other four countries. These games are two of the most popular in the world of esports. Their prize pools are also some of the most lucrative.
The events will be broadcast worldwide via the SkillzVault Twitch profile. Followers of participating influencers can also watch social media live streams of events. Popular platforms for influencers include afreecaTV, TikTok (Douyin in China), Instagram, Twitter, Mildom, and YouTube.

BTCV gets deposited into six wallets, one for each of the countries and one global. Each of the five countries receives USD 6,000, with a further USD 5,000 going to a global prize pool.
The following players get rewarded for their efforts:
- The three best players in each regional qualification
- The four finalists in each region
- The four best players globally
But don’t worry, game keys will also be awarded to selected gamers who didn’t win BTCV.

The state of play
There will be four qualifying rounds in each of the five countries. This means gamers get four chances to qualify for the regional finals. The four winners will then compete for the grand prize in their country.
Winners get selected after the number of points earned during match phases and finals have been evaluated.
The sphere of influence
So, what role do influencers play at SkillzVault? Well, they wear many different hats.
For a start, the influencers will act as coaches for the participants. As experienced gamers, their tips and tricks could make the difference between failure and success. Each influencer will set up a training plan. It will include teaching tactics on the server, creating strategies on paper, and practical in-game training.
But as heroes of the industry, the influencers want to give something back to their followers. That’s why SkillzVault will also include a special collaboration round. Gamers will be able to team up with their influencer and play for more points. But in the end, success belongs to the gamers — influencers cannot win an event.
