5 Snazzy Fat-Loss Exercises (That Aren’t Really Exercises…)
A Bite-Sized Fitness Tip!
Calling all out-of-shape folks in their 40s and 50s, in true clickbaity-style, here are 5 fat burning ‘exercises’ you aren’t doing but need to!
- The Fridge Power Close! Do multiple reps every night when you go looking in there for entertainment, go read a book instead.
- The Snack Turn-Down! Get that hand up quick. Just because you’re offered it doesn’t mean you need to eat it!
- The Daily MYA! Move your a*s, stop making exercise a big unusual event. Work- out, walk, stretch. Do something even if it’s just for 10 or 15 minutes a day.
- The Protein Plate Load! One rep per day at each mealtime. Get your protein on the plate first to fill you up. Add fruit and veg. Carbs are fine. Don’t make them the centerpiece of the meal though.
- And finally, The 10:00 PM TV Turn Off! Get your ass off the sofa and into bed. Do this one most nights. It’ll reset your metabolism, boost your testosterone, and make you feel like a new man/woman!
There you go, 5 ‘exercises’ to help you lose weight and get in shape… and not a barbell or spin class in sight!
