Change HOW you eat before you start trying to change WHAT you eat.
You need to learn how to eat a little bit less of what you’re already eating rather than disappearing down rabbit holes of trying to force yourself to drink kale and mung bean smoothies and learn to love tofu.
- Cut yourself off when you’re full, don’t keep on eating something because it’s so damn tasty.
- Learn how to not eat snacks for entertainment between meals, and
- See dinner time as the last time you have any calories because nothing healthy gets eaten after 8:00 PM for most people anyway.
If you can nail those simple changes, THEN maybe we can look at cleaning up some of your meal choices too…
but let’s not run before we can walk — you’ll know from past experience that turning your life upside down to lose some weight ends in disappointment.
