Bitfoliex joins forces with “FutebolxFome” to fight hunger in Brazil

Yesterday “FutebolxFome” was held a charity event held since 1996 by brothers Alexandre Pires and Fernando Pires.

Born and raised in Uberlândia (Minas Gerais) and among their various projects, the singers were responsible for the creation of the band SPC — SÓ PRA CONTRARIAR. During the last 19 years they have carried out the charity event Football against hunger to collect food for welfare institutions in the city of Uberlandia and the region. To do this, they have the support and presence of friends, among them: soccer and other sports stars, television and music. With this, over the years, the event has gained more popularity, breaking limits with the national and international transmission of the event through the SPORTV channel, in addition to the coverage of various media.

Each year, the public entrance is 3 kg of non-perishable food per person. And in more than 18 editions, more than 1.2 million pounds of food have been collected. This year they had excess sugar donations, so they asked better to donate rice, beans, pasta, oil and milk.

It is estimated that about 25 thousand people arrived. Several brands joined to support this cause including Aljariri Group and bitfoliex, a brand with a lot of boom in Brazil. Bitfoliex has been making noise because it brings easy-to-use blockchain solutions and wants to bring blockchain technology to the world. Marketing director Mariela Tanchez tells us that part of bitfoliex’s mission is to be able to offer the world new opportunities to make progress, including blockchain technology.

Among the players who arrived are Neymar, Romario, Ronaldihno, Vinicius, Cafu, Kaka, Daniel Alvesm Emerson sheik, Vagner Love, etc.
