“Law on development of digital economy” aka Decree#8
he Law of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On the Development of a Digital Economy”, specifying cryptocurrency status and new conditions for High-Tech Park (HTP) has been signed on late 21 of December 2017. The Law introduces some liberalisation of the business environment for the innovative and high-tech sector and the status of cryptocurrency at the territory of Republic of Belarus.
