Today we’re finally ready to share a little bit of details on the project you may have already heard of in various Telegram and WeChat groups, Crypto Twitter (if not: www.twitter.com/LongDAO666) and across the cryptoshere:

LongDAO🔥🐉⏩🚀

LongDAO is an experiment in collaborative positive sum games where DAO enthusiasts join to introduce to communities the DAO way and play together.

Kickoff 👟

The initial phase of LongDAO is currently underway and the core team is working to establish the working streams and the kernel of the ecosystem structure. LongDAO will be serving to coordinate a few other initiatives that will be spun out of it and will touch upon the following collaborative community workstreams:

Media and Creative Content: Original content to share knowledge in entrepreneurship and positive sum growth mindset.
区块松DAO / #Blockathon DAO: An online immersive experience that serves to introduce the community to decentralized tech and onboard to the DAO way of fun and collaborative work.
Translation and cross border cryptopreneurship: Crypto native content exchange between the world of China and outside of China.

Membership in LongDAO and subDAOs 🎟

At the initial phase, the core LongDAO is a private membership DAO. This is so we can get the basic operational processes established and test the infrastructure thoroughly as we’re experimenting with tech tools that are at the tip of the cutting edge.

DAO Tech Platform 💠⏩🌱

After having been actively weaving in the the DAOstack (DAOstack.io) ecosystem for most of 2019, we’re very excited LongDAO will be launched on DAOstack’s Alchemy! We are still developing the operational procedures, experimenting and exploring funky crypto tech such as Open Raise (by our good friends from dOrg.tech), other DAOstack Alchemy add ons and DAO concepts, but it’s ok! A bit of grunginess is a part of the experiment 🥳🧙🏻‍♀️💅🏻

While we’re focused on launching with DAOstack, we will be open to initiatives and collaborations with other DAO platforms providers soon.

The times we live in can look grim if we think of the extreme challenges we’re facing: Crisis is the order of the day with environmental / climate conditions, refugee and poverty issues, diseases and wellbeing difficulties. But, I chose to see the challenges as a call-to-action for cryptopreneurship! Joining as LongDAO founding team member, I feel my commitment to create positive impact is strengthened. Through open collaborative platformes people will be empowered and digital native collaborative tools will help communities scale their positive impact. LongDAO mission is to bring inclusive and diverse approach to the entrepreneurial realm and reduce barriers of divide so that together we can tackle those big audacious issues, yeah it sounds fuzzy, and it sure feels that way when you’re under the reality distortion fields we create 哈哈哈哈哈, So join our initiatives and you’ll see how we can transition to this better future together!

Ruby Wu, DAOStep:

With my career background in finance and mathematics, I’ve contributed to key tech projects in the Blockchain and crypto tech since 2018. But I always sensed there is a missing piece that will unleash the potential of the technology.
That piece is now clear to me through DAO ventures. DAOStep.io is actively exploring ventures that can serve to genuinely provide an open way to collaborate on meaningful research and experiment as well as asset management. The use of collective intelligence to guide decision making is truly a novelty and that is something we aim to dive deep into through experimentation in LongDAO.
I am excited to kick this experiment off and together build a strong foundation for community collaboration, because as Jennifer Pahlka said: “What we do together that we can’t do alone”

I’m really excited to share the growth mindset of wealth creation. The collaborative DAO way is a fantastic path to introduce more people into the positive sum games. Fat-Garage is actively creating engaging content and gathers meaningful insights from entrepreneurs to share knowledge and create a better future together with the community. Starting LongDAO, I can already see how we are able to create an even greater impact, together we can explore wealth creation paths that will be accessible for the community!
