ELYSIA is a real estate micro-investment platform that provides a service that purchases real estate ownership as a digital asset and distributes rental fees and profits from sale to digital assets according to the amount held.

By controlling all related information, including purchase and rental contracts required for real estate transactions, the list of shareholders, and the history of payment of management fees, through the blockchain network, stakeholders can transparently check the contents of the contract, and it is possible to detect the alteration or modification of the above. It is a service differentiated from general investment services.

1. ELYSIA (EL) TOP Trader Event

■ Event Period: 2020.12.25 (Fri) 00:00 AM ~ 2020.12.27 (Sun) 24:00 PM
■ Event Details: Real estate payment to the 1st place in the total EL transaction contribution during the event period.

** Contribution Rate (%) = (Total transaction amount during EL event period of A member / Total transaction amount during EL event period)%
** The winner who is eligible to receive the ‘TOP Trader Event’ prize is not eligible for the ‘Airdrop Event for Trading’.
** Acquisition tax and related taxes are borne by the winner when receiving the prize. Please check the information on the [Event Page]. We will contact you separately to those who have been selected for the ‘TOP Trading Event’.

2. ELYSIA (EL) Airdrop Event for Trading

■ Event Period : 2020.12.25 (Fri) 00:00 AM ~ 2020.12.27 (Sun) 24:00 PM
■ Event Details : EL will be distributed in accordance with each daily contribution rate of EL during the event period.

** Contribution Rate (%) = (Total EL transaction amount of member A during the event period / Total transaction amount during the event period excluding the transaction amount of ‘Top Trader Event’ winner)%

3. Caution

■ This event may be subject to change / terminated early due to internal circumstances.
■ For inquiries about the ‘TOP Trading Event’, please contact the Foundation via event page (https://elysia.land/eventPage)
■ The winner who is eligible to receive the ‘TOP Trader Event’ prize is not eligible for the ‘Airdrop Event for Trading’.
■ Airdrops for those eligible for the ‘Airdrop Event for Trading’ will be paid in a lump sum on 2021.01.08 (Fri), up to 4 decimal places.
■ If it is considered an illegal or abnormal transaction, it may be excluded from the event or canceled.
** Exchange and Foundation-related accounts are also excluded from payment.
■ Participants who use the Bithumb fee free coupon and prime members are not eligible for this event.
