[Notice] Server System Maintenance and Update

Fellow Bithumb members,

This is No.1 Digital asset platform, Bithumb.

To provide more stable service environment, server maintenance will proceed as guided below.

During the maintenance, all services will not be available. In order to protect your assets, please cancel all open orders before the maintenance starts.

[Maintenance Period]

May 21, 2021 (Friday) 01:00~06:00 KST (5 hours)

The maintenance period may be extended or shortened depending on the circumstances, and in case of any changes, we will inform you through the notice.

The re-initiation of the services may vary by digital assets. If instability is identified on certain digital assets, the re-initiation of the services may be delayed for those digital assets.

[Effect due to maintenance]

All Bithumb services will not be available.

[Caution]

For the protection of the assets and the safe trading, please cancel all open orders before the maintenance period.

KRW or digital assets deposited before the maintenance will be automatically processed once the maintenance is complete.

KRW or digital assets that are under the withdrawal-waiting status before the maintenance will be automatically processed once the maintenance is complete.

If the market prices in domestic and overseas exchanges show abnormal difference from Bithumb’s pending order prices, the pending orders may be cancelled to protect the assets of the members.

During the Server Maintenance and Update, iOS Users may experince an error with the message “pkeywrogerr”. Please don’t be confused. This is a simple pop-up page caused by the Maintenance.

Through this maintenance and upgrade, we hope to provide more stable service.
