bitJob Partnership with the Dutch Government & Visit to Den Haag

On July 14th, 2017 bitJob core team traveled to the Netherlands in order to meet with a number of officials in the Dutch administration, the Minister of treasure and the Minister of Science. The delegation was led by Mrs. Marloes Pomp (Head of the Dutch government Blockchain Program which promote blockchain innovations and support running Blockchain based startups Pilots in the Netherlands). Mrs Pomp specifically invited the team to present the bitJob vision and product, and to share insights on Blockchain technology synergies with Governments around the world. The visit took place at the formal Den Haag compound.
The team then gave a speech and presentation to 15 Dutch representatives from the various ministries. During the presentation The team went over the bitjob goals, product, Roadmap and how Blockchain technology in general can be so beneficial to governments, and to the Dutch students communities in particular.
The second part of the presentation focused mainly on ICO’s and Token Crowd-sales. Emphasizing the problems Governments officials are now facing while trying to recognize and treat Token sales in terms of Tax and Regulation.
Further more, The team held an open panel for Q&A , which was enlightening and fascinating both to the team and to the Government officials. During this session, bitJob’s team presented the Platform Advantages, Common usages and some of Blockchain’s best practices while using this initiative technology along side the Dutch government’s efforts to support it.
Next on the Agenda, the bitJob team explained how Blockchain technology could effect the Studential market Globally, in the next five years to come.
